Addtech acquires R&K gruppen

Bevinggruppen AB, a unit within the Addtech Group, has concluded an
agreement to acquire R&K gruppen in Täby. R&K gruppen consists of three
operating companies with aggregate revenues of MSEK 100.

R&K's business concept value-adding technology trade between the Far
East and the Nordic Region. Products are comprised of customer-specific
components and systems developed in cooperation with customer and
supplier.

R&K gruppen was started in 1986 and the founders, who will remain in the
organization, have worked with the Far East since the mid-1960s. Strong
and long-term relationships have been created, which are key to success
in business with Japan and China.

With this acquisition, Addtech strengthens its leading position in
technology trade in the Nordic Region.
