Cederquist advises Nobia on the acquisition of Bribus

Nobia has on July 13, 2018 entered into an agreement regarding acquisition of Bribus Holding B.V., a leading Dutch manufacturer of kitchens having an annual turnover of approximately MEUR 65 and around 270 employees.

Nobia is Europe's largest kitchen manufacturer and listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
