AKERBP: Changes in Board composition

Aage Ertsgaard, deputy to the employee representatives, and Emil Brustad-Nilsen, deputy to the shareholders representatives on the Board of Directors have resigned from the Board of Aker BP ASA. Ertsgaard is no longer an employee of the company and Brustad-Nilsen has resigned due to the Norwegian Public Limited Liability Companies Act’s requirements regarding gender representation on the board of directors.
