Arja Talma nominated as new member of the Board of Directors of Aktia Bank plc

The presiding officers of Aktia plc's Board of Supervisors propose that Arja Talma (50), M.Sc. (Econ.), eMBA, be elected as new member of the Board of Directors. Talma is member of Kesko Corporate Management Board with responsibility for Store Sites and Capital Expenditures. Talma is well acquainted with business and financial management and auditing.

The election is proposed to be conducted by the Board of Supervisors of Aktia plc on 7 May 2013.

The presiding officers propose that the number of members of the Board of Directors be confirmed as seven (7) until further notice.
