The new CEO of Aktia, Martin Backman, will take office on 6 March 2017

Martin Backman, M.Sc. (Tech.) and M.Sc. (Econ.), was appointed as new Chief Executive Officer for Aktia Bank plc on 8 September 2016. At the same time, it was informed that he will take office at the latest in March 2017. The date when Mr. Backman will start as CEO for Aktia has now been confirmed to be on the 6th March 2017.
