Leading Experiential Marketing agency to develop and promote innovative membership engagement programs.

Chicago, IL (September 11, 2013) – The Chicago American Marketing Association has named All Terrain, one of the fastest growing national Experiential Marketing agencies, its agency of record and strategic marketing partner for a two-year term. All Terrain will work closely with the board of directors and the marketing team to develop a strategic plan to enhance membership programming as well as promote marketing excellence in the Chicagoland region. This engagement follows a successful assignment where All Terrain developed Chicago AMA branding strategies.

“The Chicago AMA is very much an experience-based organization, creating value for our members through innovative and relevant programming,” says Michael Long, executive director of the Chicago AMA. “As leaders in Experiential Marketing, All Terrain is an ideal partner to help us develop new ways to accomplish our mission.”

The Chicago AMA and All Terrain will also collaborate on a groundbreaking research project to establish an industry standard for measuring the effectiveness and value of Experiential Marketing programs. The results will be unveiled at the Chicago AMA’s “BRAND SMART” conference in March of 2014.

“More than ever marketers are turning to Experiential Marketing as a way to design highly customized brand experiences,” says Tara Giuliano, president of the Chicago AMA. “There is a clear need for a definitive way to measure the impact of these efforts. Our work with All Terrain will leverage data from real world programming to build a rich system of metrics for evaluating the quality of brand experiences and measuring the value they create over the life of the consumer’s relationship with the brand.”

In 2014 All Terrain will also work with Chicago AMA to launch a first-ever industry summit designed for women working in marketing. The event will be consistent with All Terrain’s own advocacy work on behalf of women in business. All Terrain will serve as title sponsor and will leverage their national network of women business leaders to design programming for the annual event.

“The Chicago AMA is the engine that drives the growth of the marketing industry in Chicago and beyond,” says Brook Jay, co-founder of All Terrain. “We are tremendously excited to partner with them to apply our new Experiential Marketing model to create and deploy new and innovative programs for AMA members.”
