Ambea acquires Stöd och Resurs

Ambea is acquiring Curation Holding AB (Stöd och Resurs), which will be integrated into Nytida. The acquisition complements and strengthens Nytida’s current operations in residential care, day services and short-term stays for children and adults with neuropsychiatric disabilities. The purchase consideration amounts to SEK 302 million.

Stöd och Resurs’s operations comprise a total of 16 units under own management with 67 beds and 140 placements in day services and short-term stays. The company, founded in 1997, has just over 145 employees and operations in Stockholm and Västra Götaland. Sales during the 2016/2017 financial year amounted to SEK 127 million.
