Ambea expands existing Commercial Paper Program

Ambea has expanded existing Swedish Commercial Paper Program to a total value of SEK 3,000 million (2,000). The financing will mainly continue to be used to reduce existing funding.

Ambea has expanded existing Swedish Commercial Paper Program to SEK 3,000 million (2,000) with two banks. DNB as the arranger and dealer and Danske Bank as dealer. The certificate program will mainly be used to reduce the Group`s outstanding debt of SEK 3,000 million, a multicurrency revolving credit facility, originally established in connection with the IPO in 2017.
