Johan Björklund, Catella Holding, new APIS board member At an APIS Extraordinary General Meeting today, Johan Björklund was appointed as a new member of the board. Johan Björklund is the financial director of Catella Holding and has long experience in the development of training companies. In June this year APIS made a directed share issue for SKr 100 million, of which Catella Holding subscribed for half. "I have come to know APIS as a well-managed company, with a strong business concept and a unique market position," says Johan Björklund, financial director for Catella Holding. "He has more than ten years' experience developing training companies in an international milieu."
