Nomination Committee of Attendo AB for the Annual General Meeting 2017

In accordance with the instructions to the Nomination Committee which were adopted by the AGM 2016, Attendo’s Nomination Committee shall consist of representatives appointed by the five largest shareholders on August 31 the year before the AGM. On August 31, 2016 the five largest shareholders were Nordstjernan, Pertti Karjalainen, Swedbank Robur Fonder, Didner & Gerge Fonder and Carve Capital, which have appointed the following representatives.

Attendo’s Nomination Committee for the AGM 2017:

  • Tomas Billing, Nordstjernan (Chairman of the Nomination Committee)
  • Anssi Soila, Pertti Karjalainen
  • Marianne Nilsson, Swedbank Robur Fonder
  • Adam Nyström, Didner & Gerge Fonder
  • Peter Thelin, Carve Capital

The Chairman of the Board, Erik Lautmann, is co-opted to the Nomination Committee.

Attendo AB’s Annual General Meeting will be held on April 6, 2017 at 10.00 CET.

Shareholders that wish to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee regarding the Board, Chairman of the Board, Board Members’ fees, auditor, auditor fees or the Chairman of the AGM can do so not later than February 9, 2017 by e-mail to: valberedningen@attendo.com

The Nomination Committee's proposals will be presented in the Notice to the AGM 2017 and on the Company’s website.
