Proxy Materials

Hard copies of the Annual Report and the proxy will be available beginning March 25, as will other documents for the 2013 Annual General Meeting of Stockholders, and can be requested on-line at the Company’s website.

Stockholders of Autoliv, Inc. on the record date, March 11, 2013, will be entitled to participate in and vote at the Annual General Meeting, which will be held on May 7, 2013 in Chicago.
