BasWare Corporation announced on February 22, 2007 that its Annual Report for
the year 2006 had been published. As an addition to the announcement, attached
is the 2006 Financial Statements in PDF format. The Financial Statements are
also available for download in the Internet version of the Annual Report,
available on the Company's web site at www.basware.com/annualreport (in
English) and www.basware.fi/vuosikertomus (in Finnish).

review.
