BasWare Corp. delivers Enterprise Purchase to Pay suite to an international industrial and services company

BASWARE CORP. STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE DECEMBER 18, 2007


BasWare Corp. received a significant order from an international industrial and
services company in the United Kingdom that will implement the BasWare
Enterprise Purchase to Pay suite to automate its financial processes. The value
of the agreement is approximately EUR 750 000. 

The BasWare Enterprise Purchase to Pay suite at the customer also includes a
data capture application provided by a third party for scanning incoming
invoices. Scanned invoices are automatically transferred to BasWare Invoice
Processing solution. The application also enables automatic extraction of
invoice line item data. With BasWare matching solutions, the line item
information can be used to match purchase invoices with pre-approved purchase
orders. The agreement also includes BasWare Key Performance Indicator Reporting
Tool for measuring process efficiency.

BasWare Enterprise Purchase to Pay suite includes solutions for automated
invoice processing and procurement. BasWare Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
Reporting Tool measures cost, quality, productivity, strategic alignment and
employee and supplier specific issues of the purchase to pay process.
