BasWare to deliver a comprehensive Invoice Automation solution to Scottish & Newcastle Plc

BasWare Corp. has signed a significant agreement with Scottish & Newcastle Plc
for the delivery and implementation of its BasWare Invoice Automation suite,
including solutions for automated invoice processing as well as the BasWare KPI
Reporting Tool for performance measurement. Scottish & Newcastle Plc is a
leading brewing group that includes brands such as Fosters, Strongbow,
Newcastle Brown Ale, Kronenbourg 1664 in France and Lapin Kulta in Finland. The
BasWare solution will be rolled out across the United Kingdom, France, Belgium
and Portugal. There will be around 1 000 end users of the system within the
four countries and implementation will start in France in September 2007.

Automation solution and is an important milestone for our operations in the

BasWare Invoice Processing, BasWare Contract Matching and BasWare Order
Matching as well as the BasWare KPI Reporting Tool are part of the company's
Enterprise Purchase to Pay solution suite. BasWare Invoice Processing solution
brings many benefits to medium to large companies including standardization of
best practices, improved efficiencies and therefore reduced costs, compliance,
and control of the payables side of their business(es). The solution can be
integrated across a number of versions of the same finance packages well as a
mix of finance and ERP systems.
