Betsson launches first social game

Betsson AB’s operational subsidiary is today launching its first mobile social game with the announcement of ‘MyFootball ConnectTM’, in partnership with OneUp Games, a Florida-based social sports gaming company. ‘MyFootball ConnectTM’ allows players to compete against their friends during live football matches in a bingo style game. Delivering unique gameplay with a blend of skill and luck, the game features achievements, leaderboards and game room chat, combining to provide a fully engaged and social experience. Currently the app provides live matches from the Premier League but this will be expanded to cover other major football leagues and competitions in the near future. The app is available in the Apple Appstore now with Android and Facebook native apps coming soon.

Betsson does not expect the social game to generate any substantial revenues during 2013.
