Bonava has concluded an agreement for the acquisition of the Broccolin property block from Gillöga AB. The property is located between Årsta Torg and Årsta Park in the Östra Salabacke development area. The detailed development plan has gained legal force.

- I am pleased that we can expand our project and development rights portfolio in a prime residential location in Uppsala. The acquisition is in line with our strategy of developing homes and happy neighbourhoods where people have the highest quality of life, says Fredrik Hemborg, Business Unit Manager, Bonava Sweden.

The property is located close to schools, several pre-schools, shops, a district healthcare centre and public transport, with good transport links to Uppsala city centre.

Bonava will assume possession of the property on 2 October 2017. The first sod is expected to be turned in December 2017, with the first residents scheduled to move in during 2019.
