Bonava carries out investor transaction in Finland and sells 56 rental apartments
On 29 December 2017, Bonava carried out an investor transaction in Oulu, Finland. The purchaser was the investor TA-Yhtymä Oy and the transaction encompassed 56 rental apartments.
- The development of high-quality, affordable rental units is important to realising our vision of creating homes and happy neighbourhoods where people have the highest quality of life. This sale and the project are aligned with our strategy to develop more rental apartments in Finland, says Joachim Hallengren, President and CEO of Bonava.
Preschools, supermarkets and shops are located near to the area, and central Oulu is only a few minutes away by local public transport.
The project will be regarded as sold in 2017 and is scheduled to be handed over to the customer and recognised in profit in the second quarter of 2019.
