Bonava sells 78 rental apartments in Espoo, Finland

Bonava is selling a rental project in Espoo, Finland to the investor ICECAPITAL Housing Fund IV Ky. The project comprises 78 rental apartments in a single property.

The development of well-planned, attractive rental apartments is important in our efforts to realise our vision of creating homes and happy neighbourhoods where people have the highest quality of life. These 78 rental apartments represent an important element in the development of a growing Espoo, says Joachim Hallengren, President and CEO of Bonava.

The property is located in an expansive and increasingly attractive region, in close proximity to schools, shops and public transport, with good connections to the centre of Helsinki.

The project is expected to be handed over to the customer and recognised in profit in the fourth quarter of 2018.
