Result of Bondholders' Meeting

Reference is made to the attached notice from a meeting of the bondholders held today of FRN Bonheur ASA Senior Unsecured Bond Issue 12/17 (“BON04”).

As will appear from the notice, the proposed resolution was approved by the bondholders represented for the bonds FRN Bonheur ASA Senior Unsecured Bond Issue 12/17.
