Brighter implements offset of all loans raised at the share issue in April 2016 through a private placement.

The Board of Brighter AB (publ) ("Brighter" or the "Company"), supported by the AGM authorization from 2016 on the lenders' request and in line with the terms of the loan agreements, decided to issue a total of 4,197,259 new shares with deviation from shareholders preferential rights to offset the loans raised during the private placement in April, 2016. 

The subscription price has been determined to SEK 2.53 per share, representing a discount of 12.5 percent to the volume weighted average price of the closing price during the period 30 May to 13 June 2016. The rights offering share dilution of approximately 8.37 percent in relation to the total number of shares after the issue. The number of shares in Brighter increase by 4,197,259 shares and the share capital increases by SEK 209 862.95.
