Conversion of warrants series 2014 and 2015.

On the occasion of the Company's rights issues recalculation has been executed in accordance with the terms referring to the subscription price and number of shares in the Company's warrants. With this background, the new subscription price for the warrants 2014/2017 series I and series II is SEK 13.48 per warrant and the new number of shares is 1.75 shares per warrant. For the warrants 2015/2018 series I and series II, the new subscription price is SEK 10.68 per warrant and the new number of shares is 1.13 shares per warrant.
