Brighter AB (publ), reg. no. 556736-8591, has held an Extraordinary General Meeting on Friday 16 December 2016 to approve the distribution of parts of its shares in Camanio Care AB to Brighter's shareholders.

DECISIONS OF THE MEETING

Decisions on the distribution of shares in Camanio Care AB (formerly Brighter Two AB)

The Board of Directors decided on a dividend to shareholders of Brighter consisting of a part of Brighter's shares Camanio Care AB, namely 1,733,672 shares.

The decision means that shareholders of Brighter receive one (1) share in Camanio Care for every thirty (30) shares in Brighter. The proportion of shares in Camanio Care owned by Brighter, which will be distributed, has, as of December 15, 2016, a recorded book value of SEK 4,596,277.08 (equivalent value for Brighter Two AB before the merger, recorded in the annual report for 2015 was 4,576,946.88), corresponding to a dividend of SEK 0.08837266028 per share in Brighter. In the event that a shareholder's holding in Brighter is not evenly divisible by thirty (30) fractions of a share in Camanio Care, such fractions of shares will be consolidated into whole shares which will be sold and the proceeds from the sale will be paid to the shareholders by Euroclear Sweden AB.

The Board is authorized to determine the record date in coordination with Euroclear, however, that payment must be made within one month from the date of this Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting, ie by January 16, 2016.
