Camanio Care’s rights issue to be partially registered
Camanio Care, which develops and sells robotics and Augmented Reality solutions in elderly care and care, has executed a rights issue of shares with subscription period 24 May to 7 June 2017. In the issue, including the oversubscription issue, Camanio Care received approximately 12.7 MSEK. The subscription ratio for the entire issue was 122 percent.
Camanio Care intends to register the issue with the Swedish Companies Registration Office for the shares that have been subscribed, thus converting paid and subscribed shares into regular shares. Remaining for registration is the balance relating to the investment from the Chinese investor Zhongrui Funings that is being processed for payment. Current currency restrictions in China have delayed the implementation of the transaction, but we are convinced that the transaction arrangements can be solved and we cooperate in close dialogue with Zhongrui Funings Robotics.
Zhongrui Funings Robotics successfully introduced Bestic to the Chinese market in the end of August at the World Congress of Robotics in Beijing, which we have previously informed about in the newsletter. Bestic was rated as the top 10 robots expected to to steal the show at WRC 2017 .
“Zhongrui Funings Robotics and Camanio Care have strong confidence in each other and share the vision of succeeding in the successful establishment in China. We work together to secure the transfer”, says Mrs Liu Qian, founder, chairman and owner of ZFR.
“We are very proud and happy to be able to serve the elderly and disabled people in China with our robotic solutions from Sweden. China is facing huge challenges in the future with up to 33% of the population being over 65 years in 2050. This drives a large demand for our know-how, research and new solutions, thus also for our products and services“, says Mrs Catharina Borgenstierna, CEO of Camanio Care AB.
