Rights Issue closed and registered

Camanio Care, which develops and sells robotics and Augmented Reality solutions in elderly care and care, has during the second quarter executed a rights issue of shares with subscription period 24 May to 7 June 2017. In the issue, including the oversubscription issue, Camanio Care received approximately 12.7 MSEK. The subscription ratio for the entire issue was 122 percent. 

The new shares have now been formally registered with the Swedish authorities and the total number of shares is now 14 642 970 (12 235 933) and the new registered capital increase to 2 928 594 kronor (2 447 186,60 kr).
