Prospectus relating to Cantargia’s rights issue published

The prospectus relating to Cantargia’s (publ) (“Cantargia”) rights issue has now been published and is held available on Cantargia’s website, www.cantargia.com, as well as on Erik Penser Bank’s website, www.penser.se. Summary of the rights issue

  • Each share held in Cantargia on the record date November 29, 2017 entitles to one (1) subscription right.
  • Five (5) subscription rights entitle to subscription for three (3) new shares in Cantargia at a subscription price of SEK 6.80 per share.
  • At full subscription, Cantargia receives issue proceeds of approximately MSEK 131 before issue costs.
  • The subscription period runs during the period December 1 – 15, 2017.
  • Trading in subscription rights occurs during the period December 1 – 13, 2017.
  • The rights issue is covered in its entirety by subscription undertakings and guarantee commitments.

In addition to the rights issue, the Cantargia is carrying out a directed new share amounting to approximately MSEK 101 before issue costs. The shares in the directed issue are, mainly, subscribed for by the First AP Fund, the Second AP Fund, the Fourth AP Fund, Handelsbanken Fonder and Nordic Cross
