Eiseman Hired to Manage Increasing Growth; Demand for Proprietary Hospital / Physician JV Model

Westchester, IL (June 19, 2012)--Regent Surgical Health, a leading ASC management and development company specializing in structuring joint ventures that align the long term interests of hospitals and surgeons, has recently hired Paul Eiseman as the Vice President of Business Development to help manage its rapid growth.

Eiseman brings over twenty years of experience in the healthcare business development sector and will be working with Regent’s senior leadership team to uncover new surgery center management and development opportunities and to help manage the demand for Regent’s proprietary hospital / physician joint venture model.

Previous to joining Regent, Eiseman served as the Vice President of Business Development and Physician Relations at Kindred Healthcare since late 2000. Before this role, Eiseman was the Executive VP of Development at LifeCare Management Services and the Senior VP at Transitional Hospitals Corporation.

“Paul’s experience in healthcare business development is exactly what Regent needs,” said Regent CEO and Founder, Tom Mallon. “Our leadership team is excited to work with Paul, and we have complete confidence in his ability to positively impact growth for Regent and improve the implementation of our service model for our clients.”

“The ASC management solutions that Regent offers are unique and I am excited to become an advocate for these methods,” said Eiseman. “I am eager to take the challenges that come my way and feel honored to have been brought into a company with such talented employees.”

Regent has already closed on a number of new hospital / physician ASC joint venture deals this year, one of which involved Hermitage Medical Clinic in Dublin, Ireland, marking Regent’s first expansion into the international market.
