For the third year in a row, Cinnober has been ranked among the best Swedish companies at the annual Great Place to Work rating. This time with a tenth place in the category for mid-sized companies. The result was announced at an awards ceremony in Stockholm last night.

“It’s great to work in a business setting with committed colleagues who enjoy their work," says Veronica Augustsson, CEO at Cinnober. “One of the reasons we are attracting the best talents is that employees have a say in what happens here. And the entire world is Cinnober’s recruiting area; we currently have 25 nationalities represented.”

The Great Place to Work Institute is based in San Francisco and has affiliates in 39 countries. The company produces many international employer ranking lists each year. This was the 11thannual ranking in Sweden and the third time Cinnober participated in this globally renowned study; our ranking last year brought us to the top 50 in Europe.

“As this undoubtedly is the most prestigious ranking of its kind in Sweden, the new rating is an important quality stamp for Cinnober, comments Christina Jacobsson, Head of Human Resources. “Our ambition is to attract and keep the best talents, and this ranking shows that our company culture is recognized as creating a great place to work, which we are very proud of. As in earlier years, we also have invaluable input in the areas where we can improve even further.”

The Great Place to Work Institute’s selection process includes a detailed employee survey based on a Trust Index, and information regarding programs and company practices supplied by the company. The employee study evaluates companies in five areas: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie. The unique methodology also measures the level of trust that exists between employees and management, the pride employees express about the company, and the camaraderie employees share.
