Cision Canada Appoints Terry Foster President

TORONTO, 8 August 2011 – Cision, the leading provider of PR software, services and tools for the marketing and public relations industry, today announced the appointment of Terry G. Foster as President of Cision Canada.

Foster joins Cision Canada after an extensive management career in public relations and marketing services companies. The former Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of BurrellesLuce (2006-2009), Foster most recently was CEO of a Toronto-based company that supports enterprise PR, corporate communications and marketing strategies through social and traditional media and social viral video. He began his career at Durrants in London, UK, where he rose from Account Manager to Client Services Director.

Foster holds M.A. and B.A. (Honours) degrees from the University of Western Ontario. He is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, the Institute of Public Relations, and the Software and Information Industry Association.
