Medical Marijuana, Inc.(OTC:MJNA), and its subsidiary HempMeds® today announced that the Company will be sponsoring a forum put on by the Association of Cannabis Professionals on Tuesday, September 7, featuring the two remaining candidates for City Attorney of San Diego City Mara Elliot and Robert Hickey. The event will be held in downtown San Diego at 6:30 p.m. at the Renaissance Hotel, 421 West B Street.
Medical Marijuana, Inc. invites the local cannabis community to network and develop their knowledge of the industry at the forum, put on by the Association of Cannabis Professionals, a professional association of medical marijuana providers in greater San Diego dedicated to providing high-quality medical cannabis to patients in a professional, respectful, discreet and safe environment.
The event will include a discussion with Democrat contender for City Attorney of San Diego Mara Elliot, currently a chief deputy in the City Attorney’s Office, and Republican Robert Hickey, a deputy district attorney, who are facing off in a race expected to be critical to the future of medical marijuana regulation and enforcement in San Diego.
