COD – SHARE CAPITAL INCREASE REGISTERED

Reference is made to previous stock exchange notice made by Codfarmers ASA (“Codfarmers”) on 13 March 2012 regarding the private placement directed towards Havlandet Marin Yngel AS. The share capital increase related to the private placement in Codfarmers resolved by the company’s board of directors on 13 March 2012 has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.

The new share capital of Codfarmers is NOK 57,746,160, divided into 57,746,160 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.
