Coor signs new IFM agreement with Storebrand
Coor has signed a new five-year IFM agreement with Storebrand. The assignment will start in 2018 with annual subscription volumes of SEK 80 M plus variable project volumes and considerable growth potential.
The assignment for Storebrand starts on 1 September 2018 and means that Coor will deliver services such as surveillance, service center and reception, cleaning and operations and maintenance at Storebrand’s properties.
