Change of venue for AGM 4 May 2016

As a result of a greater interest than expected for the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) on 4 May 2016, Crown Energy AB (publ) (“Crown Energy” or the “Company”) has decided to change venue for the general meeting from the Company’s office at Norrlandsgatan 18 in Stockholm to Baker & McKenzie Advokatbyrå’s office on Vasagatan 7 in Stockholm. The time for the AGM is unchanged, at. 10:00.

A representative from Crown Energy will meet up registered participants in the reception of Baker & McKenzie.
