An extraordinary general meeting in Cxense ASA will be held on 18 September 2017 at 09:00 hours (CEST) at Felix Conference Center, Bryggetorget 3, Oslo, Norway. Enclosed is notice of the meeting, including attendance and proxy forms.

Shareholders that wish to attend the extraordinary general meeting, in person or by proxy, are requested complete the attendance form or to register online on www.cxense.com. The attendance form must be received by the registrar DNB Bank ASA at the latest by 16 September 2017 at 12:00 (CEST).
