This notice is issued by Cxense ASA ("Cxense") on behalf of persons with disclosure obligation.

Lars Thoresen, chairman of the board of directors of Cxense ASA, who shall also open the extraordinary general meeting on 18 September 2017, had until this evening received powers of attorney to represent and vote for a total of 419,634 shares at the upcoming extraordinary general meeting on 18 September 2017, corresponding to 5.27% of the share capital and the voting rights of the company. The powers of attorney are only valid at the extraordinary general meeting. Lars Thoresen holds 26,177 shares and will also represent and vote for these shares at the extraordinary general meeting.
