Disclosure of shareholdings

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Cxense ASA 24 May 2016 regarding the issuance of new shares in a directed share issue approved by the EGM.

This notice is issued by Cxense ASA ("Cxense") on behalf of the following shareholders with disclosure obligation following the directed share issue:

ASAH AS holds 624,092 shares and 37,500 warrants in Cxense ASA, equivalent to 9.0% of the total outstanding number of shares after the issue of new shares in relation to the directed share issue.

Aker Capital AS holds 416,667 shares in Cxense ASA, equivalent to 5.7% of the total outstanding number of shares after the issue of new shares in relation to the directed share issue.

Charles Street International Holding Ltd holds 485,119 shares in Cxense ASA, equivalent to 6.6% of the total outstanding number of shares after the issue of new shares in relation to the directed share issue.
