Share capital increase registered - Cxense ASA

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Cxense ASA (the "Company") on 28 November 2016 regarding the issue of shares in relation to exercising warrants (ISIN NO 001 0747454). The share capital increase pertaining to the warrant exercise has now been duly registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following registration of the share capital increase, the Company's total share capital is NOK 39,734,435 divided into 7,946,887 shares, each share having a par value of NOK 5.00.
