Subscription Rights Grant

Reference is made to the Oslo stock exchange notice on 8 September 2017 announcing a new CEO of Cxense ASA. On 7 September 2017, the board of directors of Cxense ASA resolved to issue 70,000 subscription rights ("SRs") to the new CEO Christian Printzell Halvorsen. The grant was made under the company's 2017 incentive subscription rights plan as resolved at the annual general meeting on 10 May 2017. The exercise price of the SRs is NOK 36.34 per share. The issued SRs vest over 4 years by 25 % on each anniversary from the date of the grant. The SRs expire on 10 May 2022.

Following the grant there will be a total of 329,350 subscription rights and share options outstanding. As of today there are 7,958,012 shares outstanding.
