Johan Ahlström new CEO of CybAero

The Board of CybAero has today appointed Johan Ahlström as new CEO of CybAero as of January 23, 2018. He succeeds Mikael Smith, who has served as CEO since September 1, 2017 in parallel with his position as CFO.

Johan Ahlström has a broad background and extensive experience as CEO for a number of high-tech companies.  He has a strong track record in terms of improved sales, profitable growth and increased shareholder value.

Johan Ahlström is 48 years old, and holds a Master of Science from the Technical faculty at Linköping University. He has worked with business development and change management in a number of companies in various roles.

He comes from the role of acting chairman of the board for Premould AB. During his tenure there, the Company increased profit margins from 2.9% to 19.4% and increased turnover by 50%. Johan Ahlström has also worked as a program leader in Linköping University's mentoring program.

CybAero Chairman Michael Auerbach says: "We are convinced that Johan Ahlström, with his skills and solid experience, is the right person to lead CybAero to increased sales and profitability."

The Board also wishes to thank the departing interim CEO, Mikael Smith, for his solid work as CFO and his extraordinarily engaged work in the latter part of 2017, including the latest preferential share.

The Board has also appointed Anna-Cecilia Köhler as interim CFO
