New date for Annual General Meeting

The Board of CybAero has decided on a new date for the Annual General Meeting and annual report. The new date for the AGM is Thursday 29 June. The reason for the postponement is the number and timing of subsequent events since the Company closed its books at the end of the year, which affected the company’s and the auditor’s preparation of the annual report.
