Vega Holdco has acquired shares previously controlled under power of attorney and intends to exercise warrants

Vega Holdco S.à r.l. ("Vega Holdco") has informed the company that Vega Holdco on 28 April 2017 acquired 1,594,333 A-shares and 2,344,801 B-shares from Kvalitena AB (publ), which Vega Holdco previously exercised the voting rights for through a power of attorney. Vega Holdco has further informed that the shares have been acquired at a price equivalent or below the price in the mandatory public offer announced by Vega Holdco on 17 October 2016. In addition, Vega Holdco has informed that it this week intends to request exercise of 1,460,000 warrants of series 2014/2017, entitling to subscription of 1,460,000 B-shares in the company.

Following the acquisition and the exercise of the warrants, Vega Holdco will hold approximately 52.0 percent of the shares and control approximately 65.1 percent of the voting rights in the company (which include votes controlled through powers of attorney).
