Lund 27 October 2017 - Dignitana AB, a world leader in medical scalp cooling technology and manufacturer of The DigniCap® Scalp Cooling System, announced today that the company's largest customer, Memorial Sloan Kettering (MSK), has requested to renegotiate its long-term agreement to be replaced by a short-term agreement with an ongoing relationship. MSK is now reviewing its treatment processes. This implies changes in Dignitana’s short-term financing structure, which means that the company’s working capital will be consumed in mid-November.

The company is working to find a financial solution both short and long term.
