Nomination Committee proposal for Board of Directors of Diös Fastigheter AB (publ)

Prior to the Annual General Meeting of Diös Fastigheter AB (publ) on April 24, 2018, the Nomination Committee hereby announces its proposal regarding the Chairman of the Board and other Board members.

The Nomination Committee propose:

  • the Board should consist of five members
  • re-election of Anders Bengtsson, Ragnhild Backman, Anders Nelson and Bob Persson
  • to elect Eva Nygren as a new Board member after Maud Olofsson declined re-election
  • to elect Bob Persson as Chairman of the Board

Eva Nygren was born 1955 and she is an Architect of Chalmers University of Technology. She has 37 years of work experience in the construction industry, including Director of Investment at Trafikverket, President and CEO Rejlers and CEO of Sweco Sweden. Other significant ongoing Board assignments consist of Chairman of the Board of Brandkonsulten AB, Board member of Uponor OY, JM AB, Troax Group AB, Ballingslöv International AB, Nye Veier AS, Tyréns AB and Nobelhuset AB. She previously served as board member of the property company Norrporten.

The Nomination Committee consists of:

Bo Forsén, Chairman of the Nomination Committee and representative for Backahill Inter AB.

Bob Persson, Chairman of the Board and representative for AB Persson Invest.

Jonas Bengtsson, representative for Bengtssons Tidnings Aktiebolag.

Stefan Nilsson, representative for Pensionskassan SHB Försäkringsförening.

The Nomination Committee represents 42 per cent of the votes in Diös Fastigheter.

The Nomination Committee’s complete proposal will be presented in the notice of the Annual General Meeting.
