Ronnie Leten to resign as member and Chairman of the Electrolux Board

Ronnie Leten today informed Electrolux Nomination Committee that he will resign as member and Chairman of the Electrolux Board as from the Annual General Meeting on April 5, 2018. 

Ronnie Leten was elected as a Board member 2012 and has held the position as Chairman of the Board since 2014. Ronnie Leten is also a member of the Electrolux Remuneration Committee.

As a result of this announcement the Nomination Committee will propose that a new Chairman of the Board is elected at the Annual Meeting 2018.
