ANNOUNCEMENTS RELATING TO PERISAI PETROLEUM TEKNOLOGI BERHAD

The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of EMAS Offshore Limited (the “Company”) refers to the announcement released by Perisai Petroleum Teknologi Berhad, which the Company owns an equity stake of 11.8% (“PPTB”), on 10 October 2016 on Bursa Malaysia, as well as the announcement released by Perisai Capital (L) Inc, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PPTB on 10 October 2016 on SGXNET (collectively, the “Perisai Announcements”). The Perisai Announcements are available in Appendix 1 of this Announcement.
