EnQuest PLC Annual Report and Accounts Disclosure

The Company announces on 19 April 2018 that the EnQuest Annual Report & Accounts 2017 and the Notice of 2018 Annual General Meeting have today been posted to shareholders. These documents are publicly available on the EnQuest PLC website (www.enquest.com), found under the Investors section. This follows the release on 20 March 2018 of the Company's Final Year-End Results Announcement for the year ended 31 December 2017.

In compliance with 9.6.1 of the Listing Rules, on 19 April 2018 the Company submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism copies of:
