NEW CEO FOR ETTEPLAN OYJ FROM THE BEGINNING OF YEAR 2008                        


The Board of Directors of Etteplan Oyj has appointed M.Sc. (Econ.) Matti    
Hyytiäinen, aged 47, as the new CEO of Etteplan Oyj as of January 1, 2008. Matti
Hyytiäinen will begin at Etteplan's service on November 1, 2007.                

Matti Hyytiäinen has recently worked for KONE Corporation as Senior Vice        
President, New Escalators.                                                      

The current CEO of Etteplan Oyj, Heikki Hornborg, has been appointed the        
Chairman of Etteplan Oyj's Board of Directors as of January 1, 2008. The current
Chairman of the Board of Directors, Tapani Mönkkönen, will continue as Member   
and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors as of January 1, 2008.
