ETTEPLAN OYJ'S MANAGEMENT GROUP FROM JANUARY 1, 2009 

The Board of Directors has in its meeting on November, 10 2008 confirmed
Etteplan Oyj's new management group that becomes effective on January 1, 2009. 

The new management group will support company's development to become even more 
of an international entity. 

From January 1, 2009 members of Group's management group are President and CEO
Matti Hyytiäinen, Vice President Tom Andersson, Corporate Planning Pia Björk,
CFO Per-Anders Gådin, Vice President Risto Koivunen, Vice President, HR and
Communications Outi-Maria Liedes and Vice President Juha Näkki. 

Etteplan's current Executive Vice President, Mr. Jukka Rausti, will retire
during 2009. He will continue as the Senior Executive Advisor of the Board and
will report to the Chairman of the Board. 

Etteplan Oyj is in industrial technology and technical information expert
services specialized international company. The company enjoyed a turnover of
125.2 million euros in 2007, and it employs at the moment approximately 2,200
people.
