European Directories announces leadership changes at Fonecta

  •  Pekka Harju is new CEO of Fonecta Oy  
  • The CEO takes over the Managing Director duties from the Fonecta Oy board of directors and together with the business area heads leads the transformation of Fonecta
  • Former chairman of the board Timo Hiltunen will continue to support Fonecta as a Senior Advisor  
  • Fonecta is now successfully reorganized into two Business Units

The Board of Directors of European Directories Midco S.à r.l. has announced today changes within the leadership at Fonecta Oy and appointed Pekka Harju as the new CEO. Pekka Harju will take over the Managing Director duties from the Fonecta Oy board of directors. The former Chairman of the Fonecta board, Timo Hiltunen, will continue to support the company as a Senior Advisor. Pekka Harju, Head of Fonecta B2B Vesa-Pekka Kirsi and Head of 020202 Lauri Kangaslahti will continue to lead Fonecta through the transformation. Krista Koskinen as Head of Legal together with Janne Kuisma as European Directories Finance Director will be appointed as members of the Fonecta Oy board of directors and ensure sure that all legal requirements are fulfilled.
