European Directories BondCo S.C.A. to hold OGM and change Board Members

European Directories BondCo S.C.A. has on 18 December 2014 held an ordinary general meeting which resolved that the supervisory board members of European Directories BondCo S.C.A. were changed. The new supervisory board members are:

Germon Knoop, supervisory board member;

Patrick L.C. van Denzen, supervisory board member; and

Shehzaad Atchia, supervisory board member.

Also the general partner of European Directories BondCo S.C.A., European Directories GP S.à r.l. has on 18 December 2014 held an extraordinary general meeting which resolved that the board members of European Directories GP S.à r.l. were changed. The new board members are:

Ruth Linz, Manager A;

Fabrice S. Rota, Manager B; and

Stéphanie Jung Schut, Manager B.

The changes will be registered to the Luxembourg RCS as soon as possible.
