European Directories announces today its 4th quarter and 12 months results for the year 2014.

Group revenues are € 318m (from € 373m previous year), EBITDA € 79m (from € 96m), Free Cash Flow increased to € 29m (from € 19m)

'The transition of our business from Print to Online is progressing despite challenging market conditions. In particular the increase in New Media revenues (websites and digital marketing) is encouraging. Despite the decline in traditional revenues we were able to manage profitability and cash flow effectively to allow us to further invest in these new segments', says Group CFO Germon Knoop.
